We were thrilled to receive an unexpected room upgrade during our three-night stay, making our elopement even more special. The hotel's charming location allowed us to wander around and enjoy beautiful photo spots like the lovely stairwell. Andy, the staff member, truly went the extra mile to assist us, which enhanced our experience immensely.

would book here again
The breakfast included a variety of organic options, like freshly baked croissants and smoothies. The location is super convenient, only a 5-minute walk to Forum station. The room had a flat-screen TV, a minibar, and comfy beds. There was a nice lounge area to relax and also a small terrace in the courtyard.

The stay at Hans was pleasant, highlighted by the excellent location just a short walk from the inner city. The room was quiet and comfortable, with ample space for work. The complimentary early evening wine and quality breakfast offerings, including organic products, significantly enhanced my experience. The staff was professional and attentive, meeting my business needs efficiently.
No major cons noted, but the breakfast could be more varied.
